Get ready for an amazing stay! Our house comes with a private pool and spa just for you (optional heater available for an additional $49.90 per night - please note that the heater must be reserved for the entire stay with a minimum of 2 nights). Additionally, there is a private game room equipped with arcades, air hockey, a pool table, PS4 and a TV. The open-concept layout of the kitchen, living room, and dining room overlooks the pool and backyard, enhancing your enjoyment of quality moments with loved ones. For your convenience, there are two bedrooms located on the first floor and a full private bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are situated on the second floor. There is a limit of 5 vehicles per house including guests and visitors. • We offer complimentary Wi-Fi • Kids amenities free of charge: highchair, kids table, crib, and baby tub. • Free washer and dryer available at the house. • We offer Pool & Spa heating for an additional $49.90 per night (it has to be for the entire stay with a minimum of 2 nights). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90º (maximum temperature for the pool). Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you. • We offer a propane grill for free! Guests are responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill. However, if the tank is full upon arrival, feel free to use it.
